Dancing with a friend (Kris and Kay)

Kris entered the ball room for the winter galaxy ball he was a little nervous for he knew that he could not really dance but he decided that it would be a fun time even if he did not dance. It was after all a wlecome change from the constant classes and studying. He did enjoy it but it was getting tiring and he just wanted to relax and be himself.
He walked over to a table and took a seat and waited for Kay to show up for they had decided to go as firends which would be a lot less awkward then going on their own then with someone that they hardly knew. Staring around at all the decorations he thought that it was really beautiful and was glad that he had decided to come after all.

Kayleigh walked to the ballroom, feeling slightly nervous. She was glad she had a date, especially someone she knew. She moved her hair out of her face. It was normally straight naturally, but tonight she has curled it, and frankly, she hated it. She never really felt pretty, even though she was told she was.
She walked inside, and spotted Kristopher. She greeted him with a half smile, and walked up to him. "Too much?" She asked, looking down at the dress.
