Mel sat on her bed, her diary placed before her, she was reading through old entries and rolling her eyes over a younger silly version of her that she read about on the pages. Maybe that journal was better left in the trash.

She flipped a page, grimacing at what she read: Dear Mackintosh, Chris really wants us to do it, should I do it? Everyone is doing it. But Kathryn said it hurts. And shouldn't you wait for the one or something? I don't know. Maybe Chris is the one.

There was a knock on the door and Mel's head snapped towards it to see it be opened. "Odette!" she breathed out, closing the journal in one quick movement. "How can I help you, sweetie?"

Odette had been in her room playing with her lego's when she got bored and decided to go find something else to do. As she walked around the house she wondered what she could do, it wasn't until she passed Mel's bedroom door as she realized what the best thing to do was. She was going to go and ask Mel questions about the baby.

She knocked lightly on the door and then reached for the knob before Mel could answer.

"Melly, can I ask you a question?" She asked as she walked over to the bed where Mel sat.

Mel pushed her journal under her pillow, before she sat on it, making room for Odette on her bed. "You can ask me anything, Oddie!" she promised, a second later regretting that answer slightly.

What did the girl want to know? Merlin, if Odette was going to ask about sex Mel was sending her to talk to Will, that would surely scar and scare her from ever asking again.

Mel smiled, slightly strained at her sister. "What is on your mind, small one?"
