Family:
Personal: Jess had a very good childhood growing up. She had two loving parents and a old family house elf named Trippy. Being a half blood she wasn't exactly poor,as the Winters had a decent amount of money. She was born on earth and was going to go to hogwarts, but then they moved to Mars so she went to Pigfarts instead
The week before Pigfarts started Jess was attacked by a werewolf. The healers thought she wasn't going to make it, but she made a miraculous recovery. Although she had made it she was still bitten by the wolf, and had caught the disease. This caused her mother to grow very sad, and she didn't know how to take care of her daughter.
The family met up with a specialist in the field and he became her personal healer. Doctor Lynn studied the behaviors of werewolves for twenty years. He recommended a special potion called wolfsbane to help her keep her mind when she transformed.
